Production capacity

Plant & machinery

Six dedicated plant sections, each with its own machinery and electrical panel.

Built for uninterrupted production

We have separate plant sections for the formulation of EC, Herbicide, Insecticide, SC, WDG and Sand. Every section has its own separate electrical panel. Three generators of 10 HP, 62 HP and 180 HP maintain a 24-hour power supply, and an underground storage tank of 80 KL has been installed. We maintain full lighting and ventilation throughout the factory.

EC Plant Section

  • 1 jacketed tank of 10 KL
  • 2 jacketed tanks of 5 KL
  • 2 tanks of 3 KL
  • 1 jacketed homogenizer of 1 KL

Manufacturing capacity Up to 25 KL within 8 hours in an emergency.

Insecticide Plant Section

  • 1 ACM 30, capacity 4 tonnes in 8 hours
  • 1 ACM 10, capacity 1 tonne in 8 hours
  • 1 jet mill (under fitting)

Manufacturing capacity 5 tonnes in 8 hours.

Herbicide Plant Section

  • 1 reactor of 5 KL
  • 1 reactor of 5 KL with chilling and heating facility
  • 1 jacketed reactor of 1 KL with chilling and heating facility
  • 1 pulverizer, capacity 1,000 kg per hour

Manufacturing capacity 6 tonnes of powder and 8 KL of liquid in 8 hours.

SC Plant Section

  • 2 reactors of 3 KL with homogenizer
  • 1 jacketed tank of 1 KL with homogenizer
  • 1 receiver of 6 KL with stirrer
  • 3 dynamills — 100, 40 and 10 litres per hour
  • 2 mineral water plants, 15 KL per day each

Manufacturing capacity Around 8 KL in 8 hours.

WDG / WSG Plant Section

  • 3 granulators, capacity 4 tonnes each
  • 3 tray driers
  • 3 mixers of 150 kg, 100 kg and 50 kg
  • 1 pre-blender of 700 kg

Manufacturing capacity 3 tonnes in 8 hours.

Sand Section

  • Fully automatic equipment with load cell
  • Lift facility

Manufacturing capacity 1.5 MT every 30 minutes.
